Mermaid 14.5 Baking Tray - Hard Anodised

The Mermaid name, long a favourite in professional circles, has become a domestic success over the last few years. Its heavy weight and hard-anodised exterior mean it will last a lifetime, even under harsh treatment. Among the many oven trays we have at home, the Mermaid always comes out first! Although it doesn t have a non-stick coating, Mermaid is easy-release and, if something does get stuck-on, a quick soak sorts it out. Avoid putting Mermaid in the dishwasher as it can discolour the anodised surface. The baking trays have a lower lip than the Bakewell trays.
